Slow & Gentle Flow
A slower, thoroughly cued practice with time to understand each pose. The kindest front door for new, returning or stiff bodies.
Every class below is open to newcomers unless marked otherwise, and every teacher offers options to make a pose gentler or stronger. Not sure where to land? Start with a Slow & Gentle Flow, or call us and we’ll point you to the right mat.
Our signature class — breath-linked movement that builds heat and strength while quieting a busy mind. Expect sun salutations, standing sequences and a satisfying wind-down. Teachers cue clear options so a first-timer and a ten-year practitioner can share the same room.
A stronger, faster flow in our 95° heated studio. The warmth loosens tight muscles and makes space for deeper work — expect to sweat, build and leave wrung-out in the best way. Newer students are welcome; just hydrate and take the rests we offer.
The antidote to a hard week. Long, supported holds — three to five minutes each — gently open connective tissue and switch on the rest-and-digest nervous system. Bolsters, blankets and dim light do most of the work; you just have to show up and soften.

Safe, strengthening practice for pregnancy and postpartum, plus weekend family classes where little ones are welcome on the mat.
Guided pranayama, relaxation and seated meditation to steady the mind. No flexibility and no prior experience needed — just a seat.
Our licensed massage therapist, Theo Alvarez (NC LMT), offers Swedish, deep-tissue and prenatal massage in a quiet suite off the main studio. It pairs beautifully with your practice — book a session after Yin and float home.
One-on-one or small-group sessions tailored to your goals — whether that’s recovering from injury, prepping for a race, or finally understanding your breath. Book solo or bring a friend or two and split the rate.
Our flagship Yoga Alliance-registered program runs each autumn — anatomy, philosophy, sequencing and real teaching hours, led by Aashrita. Most students join to deepen their own practice, not only to teach. Workshops run monthly year-round.
